Refund Policy

G Thomas Associates Inc., doing business as Smart Funding Solutions (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides personalized consulting and document preparation services to individuals and businesses. Due to the customized and intellectual nature of our offerings, this Refund Policy outlines the terms under which payments may or may not be refunded.
By purchasing services from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. General Policy
All payments made to G Thomas Associates Inc. or Smart Funding Solutions for consulting services are non-refundable once services have commenced or materials have been prepared on your behalf.
Because our services involve significant time, strategy, and proprietary resources tailored specifically to your unique personal and/or business situation, refunds will not be issued for any portion of work already initiated or delivered.
2. Exceptions
A partial refund may be considered under the following conditions:
⦁ No services rendered: If you cancel in writing within 48 hours of purchase and no consulting session has been scheduled or material development has begun, you may be eligible for a refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
⦁ Duplicate charge: In the event of a duplicate billing or payment error, please notify us within 7 calendar days for review and resolution.

3. Service Interruption or Termination
If you voluntarily discontinue services after commencement or fail to respond to communication efforts for a period of 30 days or more, no refund will be issued for any remaining portion of the service plan.
If the Company must terminate the engagement for reasons unrelated to your performance or cooperation, we will review the matter and may offer a pro-rated refund at our sole discretion.
4. Dispute Resolution
Clients agree to notify the Company of any service concerns or billing disputes before initiating a chargeback or dispute with a financial institution. Any such concern should first be addressed via email at gary@smartfundingsolutions.org.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve your concerns in good faith. Please allow up to 10 business days for review and resolution.
5. No Guarantee of Results
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that results are based on various factors, including your responsiveness, financial profile, and participation. The Company does not guarantee any specific outcome or result. Refunds will not be issued based on dissatisfaction with outcomes or decisions made by external institutions or partners.
