social media management, content marketing, and more. We strive for customer satisfaction, but due to the nature of our

services, we have specific refund guidelines.

 

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

A refund request is made within 30 days of the initial payment.

The service has not been fully delivered or significantly completed.

If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances.

Duplicate payments due to system errors.


Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

Work that has already been initiated, completed, or delivered.

SEO and marketing campaigns, as they involve third-party costs and ongoing optimization.

Paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.), since ad spend is paid directly to the platform.

Content creation, graphic design, or any customized work that has been completed.

Subscription-based services once the billing cycle has started.


Refund Process

If you meet the refund eligibility criteria, follow these steps:

1. Email us at sales@gthomasassociates.com with your order details and reason for the refund request.


2. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 business day.


3. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Modifications & Cancellations

You may cancel ongoing services with a prior notice of 30 days, but partial work done will not be refunded.

Any changes to project scope after work begins may require additional fees.
